Bailie Gardner is a trauma-informed registered dietitian and mind-body practitioner with over 16 years of experience in nutrition and holistic wellness. She holds a B.S. and M.S. in Nutritional Sciences, along with certifications in mind-body practice, trauma-informed care, and health coaching.

Bailie specializes in supporting brain health, cellular vitality, and overall wellness. She integrates personalized nutrition, targeted supplementation, lifestyle modifications, and evidence-based brain-rewiring techniques to enhance both mental and physical well-being. Her mission is to guide clients toward sustainable habits and individualized practices that build resilience and lay a solid foundation for optimal health and lasting longevity.

Her passion for this work is deeply personal. As a mother, Bailie guided her family through mold-induced brain inflammation and also helped her son heal from P.A.N.S., an experience that fueled her commitment to helping other families facing PANS/PANDAS and similar challenges. Along the way, she navigated her own health struggles, reinforcing her belief that the body has an innate ability to heal when given the right support.

Aside from her professional work, Bailie enjoys being outside in nature, visiting her local farmer’s market, practicing aerial yoga, and spending quality time with her son. You’ll also find her cooking and singing along to Whitney Houston in her kitchen—spatula in hand.

Having begun her career in traditional healthcare and later expanded into holistic health, Bailie bridges both worlds to create integrative, science-based solutions that honor the whole person. She approaches health and nutrition through the lens of the nervous system, recognizing that true wellness comes from how the body and mind communicate. Since 2021, she has also incorporated light and sound healing, including bioresonance technology, to support emotional and energetic balance. By addressing both the physical and energetic aspects of health, she empowers clients to restore balance, build resilience, and cultivate meaningful, lasting transformation. Fusing evidence-based practice with compassionate guidance, Bailie helps people reconnect with their body’s innate ability to heal and thrive.
